Located in midtown Manhattan, the firm concentrates its practice in the field of U.S. Immigration & Nationality Law. The firm represents both individuals and corporations in matters before the Immigration & Naturalization Service (nation-wide) and U.S. Consulates abroad.


The firm's founder, Mark C. Kalish, has been practicing Immigration Law for more than 14 years and is admitted to practice in the State of New York. Mr. Kalish is a graduate Yeshiva University's Benjamin Cardozo School of Law. In 1991, he established his own firm, Law Offices of Mark C. Kalish, where he maintains his practice at 130 West 42nd Street in New York City. The firm represents both corporations and persons of all nationalities in both nonimmigrant and immigrant visa (greencard) matters, with a focus on the area of Business Immigration.

Mr. Kalish has published numerous articles on Immigration Law for newspapers and magazines. He has appeared on Television and has been cited for his immigration expertise by NBC News 4 New York. Mr. Kalish has lectured on Immigration Law before various civic organizations, including the German-American Chamber of Commerce, and has appeared on behalf of the Bar Association of the City of New York to provide pro bono counseling to New York City's indigent immigration population.

Languages spoken include Japanese, Korean and Spanish.
