Kalish, has been practicing Immigration Law for more than 25 years and is admitted to practice in the State of New York. Mr. Kalish is a graduate Yeshiva University's Benjamin Cardozo School of Law. In 1991, he established his own firm, Law Offices of Mark C. Kalish. He maintains his practice at 130 West 42nd Street in New York City. The firm represents both corporations and persons of all nationalities in both nonimmigrant and immigrant visa (greencard) matters, with a focus on the area of Business Immigration. Mr. Kalish has published numerous articles on Immigration Law for newspapers and magazines. He has appeared on Television and has been cited for his immigration expertise by NBC News 4 New York.
